Camp Cope Boot Camp has become my best friend in the Exercise/Fitness department! I feel surrounded by other women longing for the same goal: Healthy Bodies and a Healthy Lifestyle! I feel comfortable working out with a group of women ranging in ages and abilities, where no one judges me and everyone supports me! Mary Cope does a Fantastic job of leadership, commitment, and helping everyone reach their own personal goals. She keeps daily exercises mixed up, and I have never felt like it is the same routine over the past 4 years that I have been attending Camp Cope.

I have fought the battle of the bulge for quite a few years now. I go up and down constantly. Even though I know what to do, Mary's Boot Camp has helped me in my battle for many years now, and I am most grateful. I have tried gym memberships, but they are very impersonal and don't encourage you unless you pay extra for a personal trainer. With Camp Cope I get both! I am not (and probably never will be an early morning person), but this is the exception because I was not getting exercise at any other time.

I have lost 15 pounds since starting Camp Cope. I am totally committed to the clean eating that Mary talks about. The best part is the muscle definition that I see in my body! I am in the best shape ever and I believe that I am healthier too!

I admit it's tough getting up out of bed at 4:45 in the morning, but it's the only way I can get a workout done. Once I'm up and out, I'm so glad I did it. Camp Cope Boot Camp works for me because it's specifically geared towards women. I prefer an all-women group because we can all relate to each others health challenges. I've been coming to Camp Cope for 10 months and I am stronger and leaner than I've ever been. We take our workouts seriously, but we have fun too! I highly encourage it for anyone.

I am NOT a morning person, so the idea of getting up for 5:15 a.m. Boot Camp seemed crazy, but a few years ago I decided that I needed to get in shape. I was tired of all of the aches and pains, and the jiggly arms, and wanted to feel better. Mary's Boot Camp has been awesome, and I have stuck with it for 3 years so far, and don't intend to stop. I started Boot Camp in April 2009 and I have lost 30 lbs. This is not about just losing weight though. Mary Cope is a drill Sergeant – Giving up is NOT an option! She teaches you how to make life changes. Your body is a TEMPLE!

Camp Cope is the perfect camp for women who are looking for a full body workout with an instructor (Mary) who sincerely cares about women and their health and well-being. Unlike many camps in the area, Mary has an actual curriculum she follows to ensure all areas of the body are focused upon; you will never get the same workout twice. It's an amazing way to start your morning, it gives me more energy and helps me to focus on eating properly. If you are bored with the gym, need a change, or need a way to get excited about.
